possible add or adhd...?

hi -
i recently took a psych eval after some insight with several self-guided - analytical counseling sessions with the following results:
average intelligence, with average measures except for
low-averages in perceptual abilities - visual-spatial, listening, memory, sequencing &  transcribing  and with significantly low-averages in reading &  math comprehension  also, compromised non-verbal abilities &  verbal-reasoning, limited interpersonal skills, &  easily overwhelmed, chronic stimulus overload &  intolerant frustration. i wonder if add/adhd would be a good bet?

Dear Jr,
I hope I am not misunderstanding you: it sounds as though this evaluation was self administered and self scored. These types of assessments can be very useful in identifying areas of concern, which nine times out ten we already knew of but just wanted confirmation. It is not possible to provide a diagnosis with the information you have given. For ADD/ADHD to be diagnosed, the symptoms need to be present before the age of 7 years and occurred in more than one setting. An official assessment by a clinical psychologist will provide you with a definite diagnosis, if any problem should exist; s/he will then be able to recommend a course of action. Your GP will be able to refer you to someone in the area.
Kind regards.
