I hope you will not be offended by my reply in English. Although disturbances in sleeping patterns can be common in children with ADHD, there are a number of symptoms which must be present in more than one setting (at home and at school for example). I wonder what time your son wakes up in the morning and whether or not he sleeps in the afternoons? Changing his daytime routine may be beneficial to ensure he is more tired in the evenings and may be enticed to sleep. It may also be worthwhile looking at his diet; ensuring any foods containing sugar are stopped earlier in the day. Your pediatrician may be able to provide a little more indepth information as s/he knows your son's medical history.
