Q.

My daughter was perscribed cilift.

My daughter has ADD, she has been on Conserta for the past 3 years, her side effects are not eating and she struggles to fall asleep, lately she has been having panic attaches. Her Pead has now changed her from Conserta to Neucon and also prescribed Cilift, half in the morning and half at night. Im just wondering if this souds correct, I know Ciflift is an antidepresent? She is 12 years old, and Im concerned that with both medications this is going to make her zone out?

If the Concerta causes the anxiety, it is best to reduce the dose. However, using in combination with Cilift (20mg either in the morning or in the evening) is acceptable. The third option is to change the Concerta to atomoxetine.
