My Ritalin dosage is the problem. And not in the right way to everyone around me

Hi Doctor. How are you? I am just getting extremely frustrated with state hospitals and even private because all they see as is a pill popper. Not necessary a drug they said but i do have a tendency to overdo and i will not lie about that. Anyway i am current on one 10 mg Ritalin IR 4x per day. The problem is they where off very quickly. First my normal body metabolism for food is very quick and i never get fat ever. I am not saying that this an excuse but I can take up to 10 tablets per day and I am fine. I do not want a doctor to feed me the script but what way lawfully could i get at least 6 tablets a day and I find the LA also very short extra 2 hours only. I am at the end of my rope begging doctors along for my zopiclones, which are additive but they help me. I am 44 now and I have been on these my whole life with no problems. MY LAST DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT THE DOSAGE OF MEHTYLPHENDATE DEPENDS ON RESPONSE,. Thank you doctor. Yes i have taken to many while working long hours but...

Your medication needs to be reviewed. Depending on your weight, you should be able to take 2 or 3 10mg tablets 3 or 4 times per day. The only way to proof that you are indeed a rapid metabolizer is by doing a pharmacogenetic test. Furthermore, please remember that zopiclone may have carry over cognitive effects that will undo the benefit of the methylphenidate.
