Q.

Can't afford private psychiatrist

I suffer from predominantly inattentive ADHD and clinical depression. Thus far my GP has been prescribing me medication in order for me to function on a daily basis. I would like to see a psychiatrist and confirm that treatment is correct and learn more on how to cope. I can't afford a private psychiatrist and I'd like to know if government health has psychiatrists that will be able to assist or is ADHD not covered by the government health?

There are psychiatrists in the public sector. You need to go to the nearest clinic to be able to be referred via a mental health nurse, to the psychiatrist.
