Dear Tania,

Without a diagnosis any prescribed medication will be out of the question.

There are a number of natural supplements which people have found to improve concentration; these include EyeQ, ADDvance and Biostrath, however, your pharmacist should be able to recommend others.

All these supplements have high doses of Omegas and usually B-vitamins, so you could supplement that way too.

Kind regards,
Delia

We used some of the meds mentioned by Tania, to no avail. does not bring any change if he has been diagnosed with ADHD. There is some success stories like the American swimmer Michael Phelps.
