Change your routine

Between working nine-to-five and keeping the family going, most people feel exhausted. While many factors contribute to fatigue, changing your routine could solve part of the problem.

Take action:
Nothing makes you feel stale faster than doing the same activities over and over, or doing something for hours on end (just think how tiring it is to sit in front of your computer all day). Try to do something novel and interesting at least once a day. If, on the other hand, you’re on the go too much and feel over-stimulated, set aside some time for peace and quiet.
