More teens resort to alcohol

More than a third of American teenagers are turning to alcohol or drugs, with 32% saying they drink, 19% saying they use drugs and 15% saying they do both, a new study shows.

"The younger people are when they begin to use/abuse substances, the more likely they are to develop lifelong problems," Goldman added. "So we want to focus on delaying the onset of the use of substances as long as possible, including alcohol.
