Missing Cat app aims to stop the tears

Cats love exploring. It’s in their nature and there’s not much cat owners can do about it. Nearly every cat owner has experienced the trauma of waiting for a cat to come home – much like an errant teenager!

Now Lucky Pet Supreme has launched a Missing Cat App on their Facebook page that will create a network for people who have either lost a cat or found a cat wandering around.

The app has two sections: one for lost cats and one for found cats. Each sections provides space for a picture of the cat, its name, description as well as the location from where it’s missing.  It also provides a pre-designed poster where owners can slot in the picture of their cat, print it out, make copies and put them up around the neighbourhood in the quest to find their cat.

The idea around the app is to form a countrywide network of cat lovers that will spread the word when a cat is missing. To support the initiative, various animal welfare societies are involved. They are committed to posting pictures and information on missing cats they come into contact with.

Lucky Pet understands exactly how passionate cat lovers are about their feline companions. That’s why they make sure that their cat food contains only the purest ingredients, with added vitamins and minerals to provide a healthy diet. In fact, they believe that if you feed your cat Lucky Pet, it may not even want to wander, because it does not have to go in search for what it really wants: fish!

The Missing Cat App is still new, but Lucky Pet hopes that it will grow from strength to strength and that it will become an important tool for individuals as well as animal welfare societies.
