Take heart that a modest amount of stress and anxiety can provide valuable stimulus that will get you to study and prepare; take control of the anxiety and decide to control what you can control – don't waste time getting worked up over the elements you can't control; avoid negative thinking – instead of arguing with yourself about how awful everything is and how you feel sure you'll fail, rather strike up a positive dialogue; exercise moderately, eat and rest wisely.
