Between doing household chores, going shopping and paying bills, weekends are busy times. So who's got time to worry about doing healthy things? The good news is that there are fun things to do that happen to be healthy as well.

Take action:
Here are a few suggestions: organise a game of tennis or squash – you’ll get a chance to exercise and catch up with friends; have a fish braai – fish is generally healthier than red meat; get a friend and go for a walk in a beautiful area; get those dancing shoes on – dancing is good exercise and good fun; exercise your mind – read a good book or go and see a movie or theatre production; tackle the garden or start renovating your home – it can be an outlet for pent-up creativity and can burn a few calories.
