Don't make the mistake of gulping down snacks and chocolate bars. Instead, focus on foods that have lots of protein, such as lean meat, chicken, fish, dairy, nuts or beans. Also remember to have whole-grain carbohydrates and at least five portions of fruit and vegetables per day. Pack some small meals to munch on while you work if the cafetaria is not open when you're working.
