Don’t let these 5 things spoil your holiday

Holidays should be about relaxing and having a good time with friends and family. But things don’t always work out that way. Here’s how to be prepared.


If you stock your medicine chest, things such as holiday stress, a stomach upset, gout, or a cold just won’t get to spoil your well-deserved holiday. Here’s more about a few products you can use to help you have a good break right to the end.

Stress. Travel as such can be very stressful, especially if it involves flights, busy roads, delays and long journeys. Also just getting to the point of departure is often stressful in itself, especially if you have kids in tow. Even if you stay at home, you might have houseguests, which can be tricky in itself, as you find yourself cooking, cleaning and entertaining.
