Buite oefen en besoedeling

As jy in die stad woon en buite oefen, verhoog jy jou blootstelling aan besoedeling. Vermy dus swaar verkeer en mik eerder vir stil strate, parke en sportvelde. Vroeg in die oggend en aand (voor en ná spitstyd) is die beste tyd in die somer. Besoedeling is erger op stil, koue oggende, daarom is dit raadsaam om in die winter eerder later in die dag te oefen.
