Climate change threatens more than the environment - it will lead to the spread of infectious diseases and respiratory ailments and kill many with heat waves and other disasters.

Climate change threatens far more than our environment. It has already led to the spread of infectious diseases and respiratory ailments across the globe and contributed to thousands of deaths through heat waves and other extreme weather events. It even fuelled recent revolts in the Middle East and North Africa.
