RESISTANCE Abs Torso and leg lift
MUSCLES WORKED: Abs, pelvic region, legs

Lie on your side, supported by an elbow. Your arms, legs and hips should be in line.

Press up with your elbow so that your body lifts off the ground.

Hold the position for a few seconds, then return to the ground.

- Make sure that your body forms a straight line from your head to the toe that rests on the floor during the 'up'-position.
