Fitness: mind and body

Take a run or ride a mountain bike through the countryside, it's a great way to de-stress and get fit all at once. A blogger writes about running and riding Cape mountain trails.

Putting yourself through the rigours of a 109 kilometre cycle tour is not the only way to see South Africa's spectacular countryside while getting into shape – running and mountain biking are two excellent alternatives for anyone who wants to push their limits against a beautiful setting.
