Heidi Klum and Matthew McConaughey's trainer coming to SA

She's hot: Dr Oz favourite and trainer to the Hollywood stars, Natasha Fett, will be running exclusive fitness and emotional wellbeing classes in SA in November.

Award winning Conrad Pezula Resort & Spa in Knysna in the Western Cape will, from 2 to 9 November 2015, host celebrity fitness trainer Natasha Fett for an exclusive fitness retreat.

Fett is a seasoned personal trainer and nutrition veteran who is popularly known for her role as training and nutrition expert on The Dr. Oz Show and German’s Top Model.

The exclusive retreat will see Fett bringing her expertise on health and fitness, collaborating with Conrad Pezula’s food philosophy alongside executive chef Peter Chan.

Underpinned by her training philosophy that fitness and health is about lifestyle change not only physical change the retreat will touch on training, nutritional advice and emotional wellbeing.

A seven-night experience, the retreat will focus on relaxation techniques and yoga classes to balance the body, mind and spirit, group and individual training and nutrition advice, capping off with a spa treatment at the resort’s award-winning spa and a game of golf at the resort’s championship 18-hole golf course for the ultimate relaxation.

Fett and executive chef Peter Chan’s meal plan will ensure that guests are guaranteed a guilt-free experience of gastronomic excellence.

Hamburg-born and now based in Los Angeles, USA, Fett has trained Hollywood A-listers like Josh Duhamel, Matthew McConaughey, Black Eyed Peas’ Fergie, Alanis Morisette and Heidi Klum.

Her best-selling fitness book; The 10% Rule. Small Changes, Big Results; showcases that her results-oriented approach to fitness harnesses her in-depth experience in training and her wealth of knowledge in nutrition counsel.

Conrad Pezula is the ultimate backdrop for the retreat with its picturesque gardens, award-wining accommodation, food and beverage offering and spa.

Guests will train indoors in the property’s state of the art gymnasium, and outdoors in the gardens with unparalleled views of Knysna Lagoon, the Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean.  During group and individual lessons Natasha unites workouts and nutrition advice to a personalised and holistic programme.  Her  method  doesn’t  only  aim  at  a  physical  change  but  at  a  change  of  your lifestlye.

At Conrad Pezula, Fett will work with a maximum of 20 participants in order to afford guests individual attention. For bookings and more information, contact Conrad Pezula on telephone: 044 302 3333 or on the resort’s website
