Boot Camp with SSISA powered by Futurelife High Protein Smart Food is an action-packed 4-week programme of themed, fun-filled outdoor training that works the body, mind and spirit. It is geared towards the currently active, who are looking for new ways to challenge themselves physically, whilst enjoying exercise in beautiful natural settings.
Unlike any other Boot Camp, participants undergo comprehensive health and fitness assessments – informing them of their health and fitness at the start. Another unique feature of our SSISA Boot Camp is that the three weekly one-hour sessions are taken by biokineticists, so members are in safe and professional hands.
Exciting off-site sessions at beautiful locations and a weekend hike are also on the cards to make the experience even more thrilling. Whilst members can join up for just for one camp – those who love the military life, can take a rolling membership with awesome incentives - as they move through the army ranks.
Our next series of camps kicks off on 8 September 2014 and sessions will be offered at various time slots. Base venues in Cape Town include Newlands, Pinelands, Hout Bay and the Northern suburbs, and our Gauteng troops will be catered for in Pretoria and Johannesburg!
