How a short period of inactivity can damage your health

Research shows that we're not getting enough physical activity, and if we are getting some exercise in and stopping for even a couple weeks, it could be more harmful than what we realise.


We are often caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we don't make time to exercise or engage in physical activity.

For the few who are able to get some exercise in, taking a couple weeks off from their routine could be more harmful.
