Many gym members have noticed that the group exercise classes they take are doing little to shed those extra kilos or meet their other goals.
Colour Me Fit was developed by Virgin Active’s fitness team to specifically meet the goals the member is hoping to achieve through group exercise. From October 2010, the club workout schedules will feature easy reference colour-coded categories to identify the classes addressing weight loss, toning or relaxation.
Orange for body: for members wishing to strengthen, tone and condition their bodies;
Red for aerobics: for members wanting to work out the heart, lungs and hoping to burn off kilojoules;
Yellow for relaxation: for members wanting to improve their posture, flexibility and wanting to de-stress.
