The answer is to focus on exercise that will reduce your body fat percentage. For this, cardiovascular exercise, such as running, walking, swimming or cycling, is best. Exercise four to five times a week, for a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes at a time. It's also ideal to work at a moderate to hard intensity, but for a longer duration. And, to maintain weight loss, it's important to do resistance training.
