After being on a fitness hiatus for almost a year I needed something to whip me into shape. What better way than a military camp-style fitness regime, with drill sergeant Major Pain?
Endurance and cardio, strength conditioning, core stability, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses and yoga are the stuff soldiers are made of.
I opted for the Lite version of the programme, but soon learnt that there was nothing lite about it.
