Yellow fever

I am planning a holiday to Brazil and will be innoculated for yellow fever. I am planning to get off the pill next month and intend to start the process of conception for my 2nd child in this unforgettable 2nd honeymoon of ours. How safe is this vaccination and how will it affect the planned conception should it happen when I am away or just after?

PTC, I think the safest would be to go of the pill a month after you have been vaccinated. Hope you enjoy your 2nd honeymoon.
