wrist pain

I have developed a lump on the inside of my write. It is only painful sometimes and also occassionally causes slight pins and needles in the thumb. Do you know what it could be and do I need to have it removed?

Tony, I think you’re talking about your wrist and then it probably is just a ganglion. If you’re talking about something else, let me know as a new question and we’ll take it from there. Good luck.
