Know someone that had identical twin girls at 26 weeks - due to Twin to Twin transfusion - also at Sandton medi Clinic. Both survived. They spent 3 months in ICU and was given a 10% chance to live. They are a bit behind in their mile stones but are happy and friendly little girls. Just the smaller one has a problem with her one eye. It is a bit squint.

Jammer my afrikaans is nie so lekker nie.

Depends on what is wrong with the baby and what complications the baby has. I have seen 24 weekers survive and as far as I know there is a 23 weeker in Sandton Clinic doing very well.

My LO was born at 27 weeks and there is nothing wrong with him.

Hope this helps.
