White spots on scrotum

Hello, i got a reply from another individual who had the same problem (white spots on scrotum and up penis shaft) and he said I must shave all the hair off and go onto Roaccutane or some zit thing? I have been on Roaccutane and have finished. Could that have caused these to appear? and will shaving everything, help? Please reply

Dudeguy, if it is sebaceous prominence nothing will take it away. If you mail me at, I’ll send you a picture of what it looks like. Good luck.

There is a way to get rid of sebaceous prominence because i have it but ive been using PanOxyl Acnegel 5 and believe it or not i think it is working. I think sebaceous prominence is pores on your penis that opens up and releases oil that dries. This cream dries up your penis so the oil cant be released. They seem to be going down and i have only been using it for two weeks. One side effect is that you get a lot of itching for a while. Hope this helps
