which is better

Hi i was wondering whether it would be better to split my programme into , upperbody and lower body twice a week but only doing two excerises per muscle. Or do a different body part each day and spend more time on that muscle. I would like to build mass asap? What is the verdict?

Upper body and lower body twice a week is just fine and I recommend it.

Ek kan vir jou n baie interesante artikel stuur oor protein en hoe dit werk. Basies, as jy te min protein inkry en jy oefen hard, dan vat jou ligaam protein uit jou spiere uit, so dan verloor jy spiermassa. As jou doel is om vet te verloor, dan is Whey die manier om te gaan,dit bevat niks carbs,maar dit is baie duur. As jy wil optel kyk na iets wat meer carbs byhet soos Grow,5XL, en klomp ander. Protein maak ook jou metabolisme vinniger.

Of jy sal gewig optel met stysel, wel jy sal dit net net nie moet oordoen nie, soos alle dinge in die lewe. En probeer om nie stysel (carbs) in te neem na 8 in die aand nie. Anders gaan dit omsit in vet. Ek het my aandete heeltemal uitgeskakel en vervang met Whey om ook vet te verloor.

Hello Billa Boy
Ek doen nou al vir 2 maande gewigte 5 x n week en elke dag n ander liggaams deel. Ek het 4kg al veloor, 2cm om my bo bene, 2cm om my middel. Ek weeg nou 54kg en is 1.54 lank. Met my body assessment het hulle gese dat ek verloor spier massa omdat die tye wat ek eet te lank uit mekaar is nou drink ek Whey Protein tussen in so 2 x per dag met water. Ek het ook my brood, suiker, rys en aartappels uit my diet weg gevat. Ek eet nie vrugte nie want ek hou nie daarvan nie. Sal die Whey Protein help sodat ek nie meer spier massa verloor nie, en ek is bang dat my gewig sal optel as ek eendag lus voel vir n bietjie stysel.

Do a bodypart per day. Focus on doing about 4 sets with reps 12-10-8-6. Last set needing a spotter. That will get you building. Also consume enough protein. 2 grams per kilogram of bodyweight atleast per day.
