Dear Loving Hubby
A simple thermometer is obtainable at most pharmacies and the newer digital thermometers are extremely reliable and easy to use. However the use of temperature monitoring for ovulation is no longer the most suitable form of ovulation monitoring as there are much more accurate ovulation testing kits available such as the urine LH testing stripes such as Clearplan.

What a shame the 'expert' doesn't seem aware that the OPKs only predict when ovulation might happen...they don't confirm that it has and they are actually quite unreliable! Stick with bbt!
