It is up to you when you can exercise and how this best fits into your daily schedule. I doubt that the timing of exercise has any effect on burning fat or building muscles.If you do exercise in the morning then it is essential that you eat a light breakfast before your exercise because after a 12 hour fast since supper your blood sugar levels will be very low and you will not be able to exercise to full capacity. Eat some fruit, cereal and milk or yoghurt with coffee or tea. Use an energy drink during and after exercise and then have a second breakfast at about 10 am (wholewheat or rye sandwich with fruit). In the afternoons you need to have an energy snack (energy bar) before you exercise and also use an energy drink during and after exercise. Then have a light supper of pasta with tuna or cheese and salads afterwards.
