What's wrong if I have these symptoms?

Insomnia, Loss of appetite, Dry mouth & always thirsty

DD, it might be a sign of diabetes or an over active thyroid, but it may also be a sign of something a lot less serious like a viral infection or stress. The best would be to hang in there a bit and if it doesn’t clear up or it becomes worse, to see your doctor. Good luck.

Too much alcohol can also give rise to these symptoms.
