If no rehab is done for all then maybe nothing might happen which may be good or bad. Rehab isn't always needed but def with the ankle sprain and shoulder problem then pain and/or restriction of movement may occur after.

A chiro would assess why they happened and if they do need rehab exercises. If they do they may precribe you exercises or recommend a physio, biokinetist, pilates or yoga. The chiro may also just feel you may need to address changes in sporting activities, sleeping postures, work postures etc... They can also treat problems with the affected muscles and joints, becuase stiff joints especially in the pelvis and low back can be a cause for hamstring strains.
