What Muscle When

I am wanting to know what muscles can be exercised together.

At the moment I exercise as follows:
Monday - Chest/Biceps/Triceps
Tuesday - Spin
Wednesday - Lats/Back/Shoulders
Thursday - Spin
Saturday - Legs

Am I grouping the right muscles on the same day that will optimise my bodybuilding.

I prefer the following groupings:

1) Chest, tricep and shoulder;
2) Back, biceps, legs, abs

I notice that you do not include legs or abs in your regimen. You need to do so.
