What kind of exercise should I do?

Hi there, I'm tall and thin and would like to pick up weight and build a bit of mussle, I just joined the gym, and would like to know what to eat and what kind of exercise it is that I need to do to pick up weight. I never use to do exercise before, and I eat alot more than the average person. My motabolism is really fast. Please help!

LEGS

Leg Presses 3-4 12, 10, 10, (8) Leg Press Machine
Standing Calf Raises 3-4 MAX Standing Calf Mach.
Seated Calf Raises 3-4 MAX Seated Calf Mach.

• Stttttrrrrrreeeeettttttcccchhhhhh-before, during and after training the muscle
• Warm-up before training a muscle by using a light weight of the same exercise for 15 to 20 reps
• When training for Rugby ensure to keep on doing speed training so as not to lose this important aspect of the game

i am not that fat but i have a tummy and an ass and i dont have time to go to the gym so what exercise do u recommend for me to actually get rid of my tummy and ass

well weighttraining as a rule. Leave cardio as it seems that you are skinny enough 9lucky bugger). We would recommend adding to massbuilder type of protien / meal supplement. Likes of USN, EAS all available at very reasonable prices at the likes of Dischem and Springbok Pharmacy.
