What is maas listed as a high in B12 food, please

"Maas" or "Amasi"is the African name for sour milk. You can buy maas in supermarkets nowadays in the milk and dairy section. According to the SA Food Tables, maas contain 0,4 microgram of vit B12 per 100 ml, so although it is a source of vit B12, it is not really high in vit B12. Meat and fish are the best sources of vit B12 in the diet.
