Scoliosis is excessive lateral curvature of the spine. Spondylosis is a chronic degenerative condition, usually of the cervical spine that affects the vertebral bodies and intervertebral disks of the neck/cervical spine. Facet joint Osteo-Arthritis is a chronic degenerative inflammatory change at the joint/facet joint between the vertebral bodies.
