What does this mean

I have 20 % body fat and 52 % water in my body.
What does this all mean??

Seeing that your BMI = 21,5, you are certainly NOT overweight, as 22 is the ideal BMI for women. Normal women also generally have a body fat percentage of about 24%, so you are already below this level and don't need to lose any additional weight. Your body water content also seems normal as adult women have a body water content of about 50%. So I would say you are in good health and not overweight at all.
