What causes this?

Posted by: Cybershrink
There are hundreds of possible causes for poor memory ( and I' ve probably forgotten a few of them !) Leaving aside the acute arguments, does he at peaceful times recognize that he has memory problems ? If he does, he should see a doc for a check-up to explore this
The commonest cause is probably not paying proper attention to the things you need to remember, which may be stress-related or just a bad habit.

Easily gets complex, doesn't it --- can you remember THAT you forgot something ? Can you forget having remembered something ?
