Weight loss/no exercizing

overwiegt-in wheelchair-no exercising. How much calories do I need a day to loose up to 1 kg a week.

Generally speaking a moderately active adult woman requires 2 200 kcal a day to maintain weight. In your case because of lack of exercise you probably require less, e.g. about 2000 kcal. To lose between 0,5 and 1 kg per week you need to reduce your energy intake to 1500 kcal a day. Is swimming perhaps an option to try and include some exercise?
