Dear J
Having a single day of eating prohibited foods, will not have a dramatic effect on weight loss or gain - body weight can vary by as much as 3 kg in a single day. There are many reasons why your weight loss has slowed down - if you are eating too little, your body may have shut down its weight loss systems in the face of perceived starvation, or you may be close to or at your ideal weight, at which point the body also resists further weight loss, or you may be building muscle tissue with the lots of exercise (muscle tissue weighs more than fat tissue - so also check your vital measurements to see if you are losing cm), or retaining water.
Be patient, continue with your regimen (make sure that your energy intake is not less than 1500 cal or 6300 kJ/day) and you will start losing weight.
Hang in there

Bad eating will affect your weight loss. But i say if you love burgers, then have a burger once a week otherwise you'll crave it(skip the chips & milkshake if you can). Then tell yourself that because you let yourself have a treat then the rest of the week you are gonna follow the diet to the letter. Don't feel guilty about it !!!!!
There can be a few reasons:
1 You could be eating too little which sends your body into starvation mode, where it stores fat(you can't survive on lettuce) You need to eat regularly to increase your metabolism.
So eat breakfast when you wake up and have lunch & supper with 3 snacks space out and water. just smaller healthier meals.
2 If gyming you could be building muscle and burning fat.
so your weight might stay the same for a couple of weeks while you are actually burning fat. But you'll see a difference in your clothes and in the mirror.
3 Maybe the type of exercise ??? Do you do lots of cardio ???
