Im only 18 and about 2 years ago i weighed 89kg im short height 1.66m anyway i started to walk alot and lost 20+kgs in a year but i want to be 55kg and im now 62kg and i am battleing to loose the last few!!!! im have stopped walking but have mainted the weight i havent walked as much for almost a year but still walk, i have signed up to a gym but i want to know if im just not gonna loose it and what exercises i must do to lose proplem areas: stomach (the worst) thighs, hips upper legs and arms.

The reason why you are stuck on 62 kg is that this is your ideal weight for your height! If you force your body to lose another 7 kg you may damage your metabolism which would be a great pity because you have been so sensible thus far and have lost so much weight - you are actually a shining ****star****. Go to the gym and ask the instructor to put you on a schedule that targets your problem areas (e.g. situps for the tum, thigh rolls for the thighs, etc) plus aerobic exercises such as running and cycling to keep your weight down.
