Water

Hi, i wanted to know is it healthier to drink cold water or warm water, i've heard drinking cold water increases your metabolism.

Drinking 4-6 glasses of water a day in addition to your other liquid intake is a good idea, but it won't make you lose weight, not matter what the temperature of the water is. To lose weight you need to eat a low-fat, energy-reduced diet and to do regular, daily exercise.
