Our expert says:
Your history is quite complicated and I am not sure about a few things. You say that the growth which was removed was malignant. Was this a growth on the ovary or the uterus, as both of these would usually be followed up either with chemotherapy and/or complete removal of the ovaries. If you have had a complete hysterectomy with removal of both ovaries, there cannot be anything gynaecological causing your pain. Sometimes, after surgery, scar tissue forms and this can sometimes be painful. There isn't much that can be done about this other than pain management. I do not have a clear picture medically of what the problems were and can only suggest that you ask the doctor who did the operation for a better explanation.
Some of yur symptoms are suggestive of spastic colon. This may be another avenue to look at.
