WANT TO KNOW IF I HAVE CONTINUOUS PANIC ATTACKS

I AM 19, AND HAVE A MOTHER WHO SUFFERS FROM DEPRESSION AS WELL AS CONTINUOUS PANIC ATTACKS (although they have calmed alot since last year)
RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN BREAKING OUT IN COLD SWEATS AS WELL AS FEELING A SENSE OF PARANOIA. I GET THIS MILDLY (i sometimes feel i am not breathing properly)I GET EXTREMELY SELFCONCIOUS AS WELL. MY VISION IS ALSO ABIT GLOSSY.(still can see clearly thouth)these are the symtoms i get at the moments of the so called "attack".what can i do to prevent this from happening????

sounds like you may be border line schitzophrenic. i suggest you go see a councerlor with knowledge on mental illnesses
