Dear Belinda

If you have been put on Fertomid to help you fall pregnant then one does not always fall pregnant on the first attempt, it would be therefore advisable if you do not fall pregnant on the first attempt that you should try a few more attempts before alternate types of treatment can be recommended.

If the doc has put you on fertomid then you should try. Go back to the doc around day 11/12 to have a scan. In this way you will know if you have produced a follicle/s and doc will then advise you further. You should be trying from around day 12. good luck!
