I don't think that it is a good idea for you to have 200 cal from sweets when you are supposed to be on a slimming diet. The fact that you also skip meals, including the most important meal of the day (breakfast) and do exercise on an empty stomach after an overnight fast when your blood sugar is at a very low level, are all indications that your diet and weight loss regimen are not balanced. Please try and consult a clinical dietitian (visit the Association for Dietetics in SA Website at: www.adsa.org.za and click on "Find a Dietitian" to find a dietitian in your area), to work out a proper diet prescription for you. Keep up the good work with the exercise, but do see that dietitian.
