voorberei vir min slaap?

Hi, ek weet mense sê se jy kan nie verlore slaap in haal nie, maar kan mens jouself voorberei vir min slaap? ek staan elke ogggend half5 op en sukkel om vroeg genoeg in die bed te kom sodat ek makliker kan opstaan in die oggend.
Sal dit help om in die middag 'n uur of so te slaap (so by 4uur) om minder moeg te wees in die oggend as ek moet opstaan?
