Vomiting and fever

5 year old vomited last night and the night before. She also had a high fever last night which has dropped to 37.3 celsius. She and her brother have had occasional nosebleeds recently as well, still have symtoms of a cold that started many weeks ago. Her best friend who comes visit 3 times a week has had a blood infection for over a month now. Not sure if both things could be related, but should we be concerned or is it just something that she ate? She''s usually very active but yesterday and today she''s only been lying on the sofa all the time. I called her mom this morning and apparently she''s also feeling sick, which makes me wonder if it''s something they ate.

Hallo Rh
I think if a child has high fever, with vomiting and listlessness, one should rather let a doctor see her. She may be dehidrated, and although it could be something they ate, one should always be careful not to miss something like meningitis which can be dangerous.
