Vleis

Ek is moedeloos. Is 39 jaar oud met colesterol van 8. Familie geskiedenis. Drink 80 mg Lescol. My probleem is dat ek ongelooflik goed voel as ek net vleis (proteiene), slaai en groente eet. Die vleis word nie aanbeveel vir my colesterol nie. Volg ek die hartdieet wat die dieetkundige voorgeskryf het, laevet dieet met baie stysel, vrugte ens. dan is ek winderig en my maag pyn en ek het permanente ongemak en pyn. Wat is 'n goeie middeweg om te volg? Is die proteiene met slaai en groente regtig so 'n slegte idee? Ek oefen ook elke dag vir 30 minute.

Probeer net lae vet vleis eet, soos hoender sonder vel, kalkoen, topside mince, lae vet vleis stukke etc. Mozarella en Edam kaas is lae vet. Slegs 'n klein persentasie van jou cholesterol kan met dieet beheer word, die grootste gedeelte is tog geneties en moet met pille beheer word. Maar jy kan nie kaiings, skaapribbetjies met vet of murg eet nie - jammer!
