Dear John
I have just written a DietDoc Topic on the subject of 'Are Vitamin Supplements Fatal?' to alert Readers to the dangers associated with taking too many vitamin supplements, particularly vitamins A, D and E. To access this article, click on 'Diet' at the top of this page and then do a Search on the DietDoc site using the title of the article as your Search term. I would not take this vitamin supplement unless prescribed by a doctor or dietitian for a specific condition (e.g. recovering for an illness, or having a specific deficiency). The value for vit B12 is either a misprint, or it means that you would obtain 10 x the RDA from one tablet - this is far too much. It certainly does not mean that you should take the tablet and stop eating foods that provide natural vit B12 (lean meat, fish, eggs), because there are many compounds in natural foods that are not found in pills.
Best regards
